To best ensure this goal is achieved, HHA has invested in an industry leading HSSE department to ensure a consistent message is delivered to its national footprint. This full time dedicated team is charged with running all inductions, assisting with the implementation of standard operating procedures, and ensuring HHA’s HSSE policy and procedures are both read and understood throughout the group.

In addition to the above and despite the accolades received from external audits, HHA’s HSSE department are looking to continuously improve HHA’s HSSE systems and processes – this drive gives insight to what it means to work with or for HHA i.e. “Complacency Ruins Perfection”.
